Load Cell Central's 430 scale controller is identical to our model 433 except that it has a stainless steel enclosure, ideal for weighing applications in wet or washdown environments. It is an industrial digital weight indicator that outlasts and outperforms any indicator in its class. The unique design of this indicator combines exceptional features with an affordable price. It features a large bright 6-digit LED display and a full numeric keyboard with large keys to enhance and simplify the operator interface. With its super fine sensitivity and 60 updates/second the LCC 430 delivers consistency and outstanding accuracy. With standard and optional features and built-in modes of operation, the LCC 430 is a very versatile indicator for use in various industries and applications that range from basic weighing and material testing to more complex process control weighing and batching.
The LCC 430 can be programmed extensively using a straightforward and adaptable macro language known as Scale Basic™. Alongside the pre-existing operational modes, Scale Basic empowers you to customize the operation of the LCC 430 to meet your application requirements. The Scale Basic language offers a range of commands and operations, encompassing mathematical operations, setpoints, I/O control, data entry, timers, ID storage, message display, and program sequence control, among other capabilities. Configuring the IDS 430 can be done through the keyboard or a personal computer using the optional EZ-LINK™ software, significantly simplifying the configuration and programming procedure.

Pre-Programmed Modes

MODE 0 - Standard
Fundamental measurement of tare, gross, and net weights. -
MODE 1 – Setpoint Fill
Filling to a singular setpoint with control over relay outputs and printing of weight. -
MODE 2 - Checkweigh (Over/Under)
Furnishes 3 TTL outputs and 2 setpoints for signaling "Over", "Under" and "Between" weight conditions. These outputs are capable of triggering lights or alarms. -
MODE 3 – Vehicle Weigh-In/Out including Summaries
Program for Weighing In/Out designed for up to 500 vehicles; Keeps ongoing totals for each vehicle; offers reporting capabilities. -
MODE 4 - Automatic Weighing for Multiple Containers/Axles
Automatically measures and prints each weight applied to the scale; each weight is assigned a sequential number and added cumulatively; the comprehensive total can be printed manually or be automatically generated; includes features for traffic light control. -
MODE 5 - Automated Axle Weighing (Extended Scales)
Similar to Mode 4, prior axles are automatically tared. -
MODE 6 – Identification (ID) Tare, Printing, and Summation
Offers tare input and retrieval based on ID; sequence number, GTN weights, and prints ID; maintains ongoing totals by ID; delivers reporting capabilities. -
MODE 7 - Peak Holding Mode
Show or print the maximum value for the gross or net weight.
