Load Cell Central's 440PM scale controller is the same as our model 440 except that it's panel mountable. The versatility of the LCC 440PM allows you to perform a number of tasks. These tasks vary from simple weighing operations to more intricate activities such as overseeing batches, performing check-weighing, or handling bulk-loading. The LCC 440 comprises 16 programmable instruction sets (macros) and provides you with the capability of designing the printed record to satisfy your specific requirements. Compact and lightweight, the system is contained within a durable stainless steel housing that can be either mounted on a panel or positioned in a control console. Gaskets are provided to seal the unit to the panel or console in which it will be mounted. Featuring one-inch-high seven-segment LED characters, it offers enhanced readability from a greater distance compared to typical digital indicators. The brightness is adjustable to accommodate different conditions. The keyboard is equipped with sizable keys that provide both tactile and audible confirmation of input.
Covering tasks ranging from gross, tare, and net weighing to advanced setpoint event monitoring, applications are unlimited for the user who is capable of writing a BASIC program. For those who prefer turnkey products, Load Cell Central offers a constantly growing number of application-specific programs at little to no additional charge, or we can write a custom program for your application. The LCC 440PM can be programmed using a straightforward and versatile macro language known as Scale Basic™. In addition to the predefined modes of operation, Scale Basic enables you to customize the operation of the LCC 440PM to meet your application requirements. The Scale Basic language encompasses various instructions and functionalities, such as mathematical operations, I/O control, data entry, setpoints, ID storage, timers, message display, and program sequence control, among other capabilities. Programming the LCC 440PM can be performed through the keyboard or a PC using the optional EZ-LINK™ software that simplifies setup and programming.

Fundamental measurement of tare, gross, and net weights. - MODE 1 – Setpoint Fill
Filling to a singular setpoint with control over relay outputs and weight printing. - MODE 2 - Checkweigh (Over/Under)
Furnishes 3 TTL outputs and 2 setpoints for signaling "Over", "Under" and "Between" weight conditions. These outputs are capable of triggering lights or alarms. - MODE 3 – Weighing-In/Out of Vehicles with Cumulative Summaries

Similar to Mode 4, prior axles are automatically tared. - MODE 6 – Identification (ID) Tare, Printing, and Summation
Offers tare input and retrieval based on ID; prints ID, sequence number, and GTN weights; maintains ongoing totals by ID; delivers reporting capabilities. - MODE 7 - Mode for Holding the Peak Value
