Model WL-STLC: Wireless Load Shackle
Except for the small electronics package the WL-STLC wireless load shackle (tension link load cell) is identical to the cabled version of our load shackle model STLC. Starting with a Crosby™ bow shackle G-2130 (12 to 25te) or G-2140 (40 to 400te), we manufacture a stainless steel load pin load cell to fit the shackle. A centralizing bobbin (shown on the drawing in the brochure) is optional for applications in which the load applied to the load pin isn't centered or evenly loading the pin. The WL-STLC load shackle is sealed to IP67 making it suitable for outdoor and offshore environments. With a clear line of sight, a wireless range of up to 600 meters (1,970 feet) is achieved. A single-channel wireless handheld indicator model T24-HS can be supplied for the operator to view the weight on the wireless load shackle. Alternatively, the T24-HA multi-channel display can be used to monitor up to 12 WL-STLC load shackles, you can scroll through the channels individually and the sum of all channels.
